Re8 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the re8 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions outlined below. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the re8 platform immediately.
Account Creation & User Security
To access full re8 services, you must register a valid account with accurate, up-to-date personal information. Each user is allowed only one active account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure of all related accounts.
You are fully responsible for your password security and all activities under your account. re8 recommends using strong, unique passwords and not sharing login information. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact re8 customer support immediately and change your password.
Re8 account registration is open only to individuals aged 18 and above residing in Malaysia. Providing false information during registration breaches these terms and re8 reserves the right to take appropriate action including account closure without notice.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a re8 platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using our services. You must not use this platform for illegal activities, fraud, or any actions that may compromise the system’s integrity or other users.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the re8 platform:
- Using third-party software, bots, or automation to manipulate games or transactions.
- Engaging in any form of fraud including money laundering.
- Sharing or transferring account balance to other users without authorization.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or re8 staff.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform’s technical infrastructure.
Re8 reserves the right to take measures including suspending or closing accounts, freezing balances, and reporting to relevant authorities in case of any violations of the above rules.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the re8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). re8 supports local payment methods including online banking via FPX, Boost eWallet, and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Users are responsible for ensuring their registered bank or eWallet information is accurate and belongs to them.
Successful deposits are final and non-reversible except in cases of verified technical errors. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification which may require supporting documents. re8 reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawal requests suspected of fraud or term violations.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to current policies which may change over time. Users are advised to check the latest transaction limits in their account section before proceeding. re8 is not liable for losses caused by incorrectly entered payment information by users.

The re8 platform is provided "as is" with no express or implied warranties. re8 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical failures, or financial losses from gaming decisions. re8’s total liability to any user will not exceed the user’s last deposit within thirty days prior to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the re8 platform are the exclusive property of re8 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent from re8.
Third-Party Links
The re8 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. re8 does not control or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of such links is at the user’s own risk and users are encouraged to review the terms of use of those sites before interacting with them.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Laws
Account Suspension & Closure
Re8 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time in cases of term violations, suspected illegal activities, or at the user’s own request. For account closures confirmed free of violations, eligible balances will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users with accounts closed due to violations are not allowed to re-register without written permission from re8. Attempts to create new accounts after forced closure may result in further action.
Terms Amendments
Re8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via platform notices or registered email. Continued use of re8 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through sincere negotiation. If resolution fails, disputes may be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts.
